homemade butternut squash soup 自製冬南瓜湯

今日聖誕節, 做了這個湯做午餐, 當然係用新玩具soup maker!  以下是我的食譜:
700g butternut squash 700克冬南瓜
2 small carrots 兩小條甘荀
1 stalk of celery 一條西芹
450g milk 鮮奶
50g water 水
3 cloves of garlic 3 粒蒜頭
1 onion 一隻洋蔥
1 tablespoon creme fraiche 鮮奶油一湯匙
1 potatoes 一隻薯仔
1 tablespoon ginger juice 薑汁一湯匙
